About The MWRA

The Michigan Wildlife Rehabilitators Association is a federal 501(c)(3) non-profit member organization. Our mission is to:

1. Promote wildlife rehabilitation and provide wildlife rehabilitators in the state of Michigan the resources needed to safely and properly care for wildlife through access to continuing education, sharing of knowledge, providing support through training, meetings, written material, and networking.

2. Assist the general public in determining when and if a wild animal truly needs help by educating them on the natural history and biology of our native wildlife.
